The best kept secret in Aichi is that there is high level ice hockey available for all ages in downtown Nagoya.

 

The Chunichi Wings are the premier ice hockey team in central Japan. Founded in 1969, they play year round out of the Nagoya Sports Center. 

 

Chunichi Club offers ice hockey lessons for both boys and girls, from novice aged children to old timer players. From beginner level to more experienced players, there is a team that will meet your requirements. Non Japanese speakers are of course also welcome to join our club. We have qualified coaches and team managers and a group of committed parents that help support the club. Many of the club`s graduates go on to play university hockey in Japan and elsewhere. The different teams often attend tournaments throughout Japan and have also recently began competing overseas.

Skate rental, skate sharpening and repair and a hockey proshop are all on site.
